Roland DG TY-300
The TY-300 is part of Roland DG’s full DTF solution, with RIP software, DTF film and powder,
and an optional shaker/heater unit for automated DTF transfer production.
This machine offers a complete DTF solution - simply print your design onto the transfer film, which is then covered with thermo-adhesive powder. It can be transferred onto the final substrate via heat press, much like vinyl.
Create apparel with eye-catching graphics - including detailed designs, images and text - no weeding or masking required! Transfers can be applied to a variety of substrates, including polyester, plus onto colours that are notoriously difficult to print on.
The TY-300 printer integrates seamlessly with leading DTF powder/shaker units. Or, you can bundle it with Roland DG’s tested/approved shaker oven (sold separately) which connects to the printer and delivers the highest level of quality, productivity, and performance.

Variable dot control
This advanced performance feature sees droplets of seven different sizes produced. This allows for superior detail, photographic reproduction, gradations, and contrast - all of which ensure eye-catching images that would otherwise be impossible.

Perforated sheet cut saves time and effort by integrating perforations directly into your prints. VersaWorks will allow you to send designs through - no need to install or learn how to use any other software.
