The
TxF Series are DTF (direct-to-film) printers designed for garment and merchandise customisation. Both models feature 3-way heater systems and white ink recirculation. They support roll-based film up to 800mm wide and output in four colours (CMYK) plus White using PHT50 ink which ships in convenient 600ml eco packs (500ml white). The ink has ECO PASSPORT certification for user safety when applied to textiles per the “OEKO-TEX®” standard.
There are two models in the range.
TxF300-75 has similar features as the
TxF150-75 but offers higher productivity.

Reliable Operation with Consistent Output
Mimaki inks ship in eco-friendly aluminium packs that load via a re-usable cartridge. Printers feature integrated degassing and MCTv2 white ink re-circulation. They also incorporate NCU nozzle status checking and and NRS nozzle recovery and substitution. Continuous production is facilitated while ensuring consistent, quality output.
Performance to Match Your Need
Both models in the series feature the same technology and offer the same output quality. The faster TxF300-75 features twice the white ink capacity (four cartridges verses two) and can be further enhanced to hold eight with uninterrupted exchange supply.
Optional D800 Powder Shaker
The D800 Powder Shaker is engineered to integrate with Mimaki's DTF printers. The unit applies powder evenly before baking and transferring to a take-up roll for subsequent cutting and application.
The unit features a compact footprint for reduced workspace requirements.
Optional Enhanced Ink Supply
The OPT-J0576 can be added to the TXF300-75 to increase the number of white ink cartridges from four to eight. It enables longer production runs with reduced operator management.
Additional UISS functionality improves work efficiency by allowing white ink replacement even while printing.
Optional Mimaki Total Care Service
Mimaki may build quality equipment but fabric is a messy business. When breakdowns occur they can be expensive to rectify. Total Care extends factory warranty up to as much as FIVE years. It works to reduce costs while protecting your investment and eliminating the unexpected. Best of all, costs can be included in a lease to fix your ROI.
Supplied with Software
The Mimaki TxF series comes complete with a suite of software.
RasterLink is an advanced RIP application that allows photo and graphic design images to be imported and combined with text and variable data. This material can then be adjusted to optimise output quality, ink and media utilisation. Files are processed before being sent to print with consistent and accurate output.
Mimaki PICT is a cloud based utility that enables equipment, production and consumable status monitoring. It provides real-time, historical and predictive data to support planning, management, support and service. It can be accessed from a desktop PC or remotely on a mobile device.
