The CJV200 Series is a print & cut eco-solvent inkjet range for signage and merchandise applications. It features the same platform as Mimaki's flagship 330 series but with a single head. It is designed to be easy to use and easy to maintain while offering outstanding image quality. Even inexperienced operators can produce beautiful output quickly, easily and cost-effectively.
There are three models in the range; the CJV200-75, CJV200-130 and CJV200-160 with varying sizes to suit different space and media width requirements. All feature an integrated cutter for maximum application flexibility in a single compact package. All produce the same quality output with high resolution and fine gradation. They suit a wide range of media and a huge range of output from stickers and decals to posters and pull-ups.
Key Features
- There are three models in the series; the CJV200-75 supports media up to 810mm wide, the CJV200-130 up to 1370mm, the CJV200-160 up to 1610mm wide.
- All models feature print and cut functionality enables for production flexibility with minimum space requirements
- Printers support media up to 1mm thick in rolls up to 180mm in diameter and 25kg in weight. For those with higher volume requirements an optional kit (OPT-J0502) enables operation with rolls up to 45kg.
- A high precision piezo print head with a minimum drop size of just 3pl works together with an 8 colour ink set (CMYKLcLmLkOr) to produce outstanding image quality a wide gamut, fine gradation and low grain
- A proven engine support for production speeds up to 17.0 m²/h* and is backed with a warranty extendable up to 5 years for reliable operation with a low total cost of ownership (TCO)
- All variants comes supplied with software. They are easy to operate and easy to maintain with convenient 440ml cartridges that are quick to load.
- An optional kit (OPT-J0364 + OPT-J0576) enables extended operation with large and cost-effective 1L packs
- The series supports Mimaki
SS22 Ink, which reduces odour and does not contain GBL. Industry-leading weather resistance is achieved while protecting operators and the environment**.

** Up to 40% less odour compared to previous ink based on in-house testing. GBL (Gamma-Butyrolactone) is a type of organic solvent that is often added to solvent ink.
Single Print Head Design
The use of a single print head not only reduces costs but also complexity. Output can be produced quickly and easily with less cleaning, maintenance & adjustment.

The printer features a large access panel for easy access and maintenance. An upward facing control panel is simple to read and functional to operate.
Rapid Job Set-Up
An automatic adjustment system accelerates media loading and set-up.
DAS Dot Adjustment ensures optimal image quality is maintained at all times.
Included Software
The Mimaki CJV200 series ships complete with an extensive suite of design, RIP and print management software.
Simple Create is an application that allows you to create labels, POP, stickers, and other graphics without a need of additional DTP software. It provides tools for creating designs and cutlines that can be output direct from the software. It is quick to learn and easy to use.
Fine Cut/Coat is a plug-in that assists with print-n-cut work.
RasterLink is an advanced RIP application that allows images to be combined and adjusted to optimise output quality and media utilisation. Files are processed before being sent to print with consistent and accurate output on your Mimaki printer.
Mimaki PICT is a cloud based utility that enables equipment, production and consumable status monitoring. It provides real-time, historical and predictive data to support planning, management, support and service. It can be accessed from a desktop PC or remotely on a mobile device.
Optional Total Care Service
Mimaki builds quality equipment but custom printing often involves a lot of stress and unknowns. If breakdowns occur they usually happen at the most inopportune time and can be expensive to rectify with parts and labour costs, lost productivity and angry customers. Total Care extends factory warranty up to FIVE years on the CJV200 series. It reduces overall costs while protecting your investment and eliminating the unexpected. Best of all, costs can be included in a lease for a clear and stable ROI.
