Epson has spent the past 10 years growing to become a world leader in dye sublimation thanks to accurate and consistent image quality combined with flexible and reliable operation - the SureColor F6460 series is their fourth generation.
The F6460 series suits a wide range of production applications, from customised fabric and garments through to quality decor and premium hard or soft signage. It’s
designed for medium to high production volumes, making it the ideal choice for many business models.
When compared with its predecessor, the new series enjoys enhanced image quality, enhanced flexibility and faster performance. It comes in two models; the
4C SureColor F6460 which offers high speed CYMK production and the enhanced
6C SureColor F6460H which offers high colour CYMK production with a choice of additional Light Cyan and Light Magenta for fine tonal work, Orange and Violet for maximum gamut or Fluorescent Yellow and Pink for maximum impact.
This new series utilises larger and more cost-effective 1.6L ink pouches which are easy to agitate, quick and mess-free to load. It features a large touch screen control and a bulk ink waste system. Printers can be used with a standard flat heat press or (with addition of an ATU) a calendar press.

Superior flexibility
The SC-6400 series incorporates an auto-cutter for operation with a flat heat press. A suite of print modes and a choice of ink sets enables high flexibility. Whether you want to produce fabric or clothing, decor or merchandise, soft or hard signage, this is an outstanding platform.
Low running costs
This series is is extraordinarily inexpensive to run. Printers feature ultra-low power consumption and output to roll-based media up to 1118mm wide. They use large cost-effective 1.6L ink pouches that are quick and easy to load. A bulk waste system completes the package.
Easy to install and operate
Printers are extremely compact and require minimal assembly. They can be installed against a wall and use a standard power supply. They feature all front-loaded consumables, are easy to operate, quick to start-up, require minimal operator oversight or maintenance..
Optional take-up
An Auto-Take-Up (ATU) is supplied as standard with the 6C F6460H. It can also be ordered as an option with the 4C F6460. With this facility production can be performed in conjunction with a calendar-style heat press for fast and efficient roll-to-roll production.
Maximum reliability
Printers use a proven engine with a PrecisionCore print head. They are designed to provide reliable and consistent output with durable service. A comprehensive Heads & All warranty can be extended with up to 5 years CoverPlus service cover.
Superior imaging
Epson UltraChrome DS ink produces vibrant, accurate and consistent colour. 4C output is excellent while 6C output is outstanding. When applied to appropriate fabric, ink conforms to the latest Oeko-Tex Eco Passport standard for safe wearing by all ages.

- The 6c F6460H can be configured a choice of additional LcLM for fine tonal work, OrVi for maximum gamut or FyFp for maximum impact.
- Supplied with Epson Edge Print PRO RIP software and Cloud Solution PORT for local PC and mobile device monitoring with advanced reporting, costing plus enhanced service
- For best performance printers should be connected via Ethernet however USB is also supported
- The 6c F6460H produces sellable output at up to 24m2/hr while the 4C F6460H supports up to 54m2/hr
