Epson SC-F3000 DTG/DTF Printer
The Epson SureColor F3000 was designed for garment manufacturers seeking a custom imaging solution that enabled a quality product to be produced in volume with consistent presentation and at a cost-effective price. With this model you can print a full-size t-shirt in around a minute - allowing you to produce hundreds of shirts every day.
This printer is a Hybrid with
support for both Direct To Garment (DTG) and Direct To Film (DTF) production processes. In DTG mode you can image on a variety of fabrics containing at least 50% natural fibre including cotton, linen, hemp and wool. In DTF mode you can image onto an even wider range with up to 100% man-made fibre. It features
dual printheads
for high speed output with true single-pass white and colour imaging.
One of the key design aspects of this model was its ability to provide a low total cost of ownership (TCO) . It matches a bulk ink supply with a durable engine, rapid loading/unloading , ultra-low maintenance and a warranty with comprehensive service extendable to FIVE years including printheads. Consumable and service costs are low, labour and waste are minimised, uptime and productivity are maximised while print quality is exceptional.
This printer uses UltraChrome DG ink that offers a
low tack finish, high stretchability and good wash/UV durability. Inks ship in convenient quick-loading pouches which when applied to fabric is safe for the whole family (including infants) with class 1 OEKO-TEX standard 100 certification.

Precision that Lasts
Dual 2.6” PrecisionCore printheads with ink-less nozzle status monitoring are driven by Epson Precision Dot imaging technology for accurate and consistent output. An industrial strength engine with a Linear Motion Guide carriage system and advanced white ink recirculation ensures reliable operation.
Cost Effective Operation
The printer holds up to 9L of ink with CYMK and a dual White supply. Ink ships in 1.5L pouches that are cost-effective to purchase, easy to agitate and quick to load. A self-washing capping system and self-cleaning head ensures minimal maintenance. A bulk waste system enables extended operation.
Fast and Efficient Loading
This printer was designed with the operator in mind. It features a large large display and supports job spooling. Buttons are large while a hoop platen and auto height adjustment ensures rapid loading/unloading. Swapping between different media, garment textures and thicknesses is a breeze.
Easy to Own and Operate
The printer ships with Epson Garment Creator software (for macOS and Windows) that includes a cost estimator, text tools, hot folders and an automation SDK. Epson Cloud Solution PORT provides a suite of advanced management tools that lets you track production and equipment status from your desktop or remotely on a mobile device.
